01 The problem
Customers wanted fast top-ups with clear prices and proof of payment. Confusing flows led to wrong purchases, failed payments and support tickets, which cost the business both money and repeat custom.
02 The approach
A wallet-first app with guided purchase flows: choose a service, confirm the details on a review screen, pay from the wallet and get an instant receipt. Wallets can be funded by card, transfer or a dedicated account, transactions are searchable, and referrals reward customers who bring friends. Light and dark modes and a fully responsive layout work on any phone.
